Are your products tested on animals?

AlchemiQ does not support animal testing. Therefore, all of our products are 100% cruelty free. 

Are the ingredients in your products natural?

Most of the ingredients used in our products are natural. However, after many tests and product development, we discovered that a minimal amount of low-hazard clinical ingredients are essential for the best performance and stability of our premium hair care. Our vision is simple - we want our customers to fulfill their hair growth goals in the most non-invasive and natural way while maintaining high effectiveness of our products.

Are your products vegan?

All of AlchemiQ Cosmetics products are 100% vegan.

Shipping costs are calculated upon the checkout. We offer complimentary Expedited Shipping on all orders over $100.

This depends on your location and chosen shipping method. For Standard Shipping, the average shipping time is 4-5 business days. For Express Shipping, the average shipping time is 1-2 business days.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Sometimes, delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you believe your order was lost, please email us at and we will investigate the matter.In case your order was lost, we will be happy to refund or send a new order, depending on availability.

My order tracking number says that the package was delivered but it wasn't. What should I do?

Your packages may have been delivered to your neighbor, management office or mail centre by mistake. Please check these options. If you are still unable to locate your order, please email us at and we will make sure to get your products delivered to you.
